Can we request room service??
Absolutely! Our Room Service is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering a selection of food and beverages for you to enjoy in the comfort of your room.
How many adults and children can a room accommodate??
Our rooms can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children with additional Extra bed. Should an additional sleeping arrangement be required, an extra bed may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and at an additional charge.
Are extra beds and baby cribs available??
Yes, extra beds are available at IDR 750,000 for adults and IDR 450,000 for children, including breakfast for one person. Baby cribs are also available upon request and are subject to availability. Our Front Office Team will be happy to assist with your request.

Yes, connecting rooms are available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact our Front Office Team, and we will be happy to arrange the best option for your stay.

What is the policy for early check-in and late check-out??
We understand that travel schedules can vary, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Early check-in is available from 12:00 PM, subject to availability and the applicable room rate, while late check-out is available until 3:00 PM with a charge of 50% of the room rate.

What is the hotel's policy on children??
Children are always welcome at Rumah Luwih Bali. Children aged 8 years and above will be charged for breakfast, while younger children may enjoy breakfast according to the applicable hotel policy.
What is the hotel's pet policy??
For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted to stay at the hotel. Pets may occasionally visit during wedding buyouts, subject to prior arrangement with the hotel.

What is the advance deposit, cancellation, and refund policy??
Cancellation and refund requests can be made up to 10 days before the check-in date, subject to the terms and conditions of your reservation. For assistance with your specific booking, please contact our Reservation Team.

Yes. Rumah Luwih Bali offers a private airport transfer service, available to and from the airport at an additional charge, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and seamless journey. To arrange your transfer, please contact our Reservations Team and provide your flight details, including your arrival or departure date and time. We kindly request at least 48 hours advance notice to ensure availability and allow our team to make the necessary arrangements. Our team will be pleased to coordinate your transfer and ensure a smooth and effortless arrival or departure experience.
